In addition to Kevin, we pride ourselves in having a diverse blend of intervention specialists and certified counselors, each of whom dedicates their lives and their time to helping others. It is very important to have someone who not only has a background and credentials within the field, but has been there as well. Most of our intervention specialists are recovering or former alcoholics and addicts themselves. Although this is not a complete list, here is just an example of a few of our best:

Mike Loverde, CCDC, BAC, BS, Intervention Specialist- Once a finance manager at a top five accounting firm, we found Mike living in his mothers basement, selling her possesions to support his heroin habit. He now celebrates his sobriety by helping families in need just like his were. Today he works for the company that once saved his life, as an interventionist and is personally responsible for bringing over 400 addicts and alcoholics into sobriety.

Ben Wade, CCDC, Intervention Specialist -Being addicted to drugs at an early age, Ben very nearly lost everything, including his sanity. After running from demons and delusions during a methamphetamine psychosis, his 6 year drug run ended in a psychiatric facility. After getting sober, Ben has been a substance abuse counselor and a senior case manager at a leading treatment facility, currently works for us as an interventionist and has helped hundreds of addicts find sobriety.

Rick Borisenko, CCDC, BAC, Intervention Specialist - A former semi-pro ballplayer, High School counselor and football coach with degrees in Teaching, Psychology, and Criminal Justice, Rick had everything going for him. Unfortunately, he also had an addiction to cocaine and when the DEA kicked in his door and arrested him for drug trafficking he lost it all in a moment. After prison, he wandered the streets addicted to crack cocaine...suicidal. Stumbling one day into a church, a pastor spoke with him and Rick's life changed forever. Today, he walks strongly in his faith and has worked as the Assistant Director for a highly regarded treatment facility, a substance abuse counselor, an educator in a prison, and as an interventionist, has intervened on hundreds of addicts and alcoholics.

John Chibai, CCDC, BAC, Intervention Specialist- Working the fast-paced life of the mercantile exchange can be filled with quick money and easy access to drugs and alcohol. At the top his game, John crashed and burned after the late night cocaine, heroin and alcohol binges eventually took their toll. A former Director at a leading recovery home, John dedicates his life as an interventinist to helping others get clean and sober.

Steve Guiliandi, CCDC, Intervention Specialist - Growing up in an Italian family steeped in tradition, Steve had a work ethic that allowed him to become a succesful businessman early on in life. Unfortunately, the drinking, drugs and gambling very nearly took everything away, including his family. Sober for over 13 years, Steve's passion as an interventionist is to help those who find themselves deep in the trap of addiction.

Lee Thomson, CCDC, Intervention Specialist - Sometimes you have to lose in order to win. It wasn't until his wife finally said, "Lee, I'm not leaving you because I don't love you. I'm leaving you because I do." that Lee finally understood the price that alcohol and drugs can cost. Although he didn't lose his career, he lost the thing most important to him...his family. Surrendering to sobriety over 6 years ago, Lee's purpose as an interventinist is to help anyone who is need of help with their demons, before it is too late.
